This Dispatch & Deliveries Policy applies to all purchases made on the LinguaStep website.

LinguaStep sells digital products only, including online language courses and related educational materials. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

All products are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, course access details and/or digital materials are sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery occurs on the same day of purchase
  • In most cases, access is provided immediately or within a few hours
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical checks

If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and correct email address at checkout
  • Checking spam/junk folders for delivery emails
  • Ensuring their email provider allows receipt of automated messages

LinguaStep is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email details provided by the customer.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you believe your digital product has not been delivered:

  • Include your full name and proof of purchase

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. No Physical Shipping

LinguaStep does not ship physical products.
Shipping fees, tracking numbers, or courier services do not apply.
